OMG

Just last night a friend of mine sent me a link to a website made by a friend of his. It was something I've not quite seen before. Then he blackmailed asked me to help promote/share it around.

Site description:
"This site is for you, dear traveler. Not the tourist, not the businessman - you. You, studying abroad, or perhaps working for a year or two as an English teacher in Japan. Answering questions you didn't know you needed to know."

It is a very well made site, which considers the anxious minds of those about to go study abroad and/or working in Japan. It discusses about one of the most bothersome and distressing dilemma of long overseas travel - what should (or shouldn't) we take with us. The site also provides detailed descriptions of various stores in Japan and useful phrases needed to get by shopping and travels (and even sub-divided into different transportations). The site is still in progress at the time of this post but I'm confident it'll turn out to be a great friend for many of those who wishes or about to study/work abroad in Japan. It really gives you that extra peace of mind knowing that you'll be away in a country where its native language isn't your mother tongue (for most of you anyway). I know I'll be going back to the site again and again before I leave for exchange later this year.
