Collections (Part 1)

It's been a while since I've posted that introduction to my collections. I finally got my lazy self up and took out some of my treasures from the dusty boxes. Since I started with my Star Wars LEGO collection I'll continue with it from this post. This isn't my complete collection, but are just some of my favourites.

----------

I'm a massive fan of Chinese History, especially the Three Kingdoms era. But that wouldn't of happened without Koei and their obsession with the Three Kingdoms. I'm talking about the video game, Dynasty Warriors!!

I actually didn't realise how much I have before I've put everything together. On top of these, there are a couple of other DW games I've played including ones on PSone and PSP.

I've learnt a lot from these games, and they really inspired me to learn more about ancient China and my obsession with (drawing) Chinese palaces and temples.

----------

I can't really say I collect playing cards, but to have 3 packets kept in great condition, and with each having it's own memory attached to it, they sure have some value to me.

Clockwise from top left: Japan Airlines playing cards, I got them on the plane in my first ever trip to Japan; Plastic playing cards, these were quite expensive because they are durable and waterproof. I got these from a shop called 'National Geographic' which I believe are extinct in Australia because kids these days don't play with toys or read books, they just stare at some LCD screen all day; Snoopy playing cards, these were bought a loooong time ago when I was possibly just starting primary school.

----------

Lastly, THESE!! These stickers came with fruit drinks I had when I was in kindergarten. They were the most awesome things to collect back then! As a child, I wasn't a big fan of fruits or veges (who was anyway), I would force myself to drink those fruit juice poppers just to get these stickers. I would be absolutely over the moon if I could find someone who could share their memories with me of these stickers. I wonder how much they would sell on ebay?

Watch out for part 2! Where I'll display my AKB48 collection to date!
