SYD48

The day finally came! the biggest AKB48 fan meet in Sydney began with pomokun and panda having no clue where the restaurant we're supposed to meet was. I was running late so I had to run a kilometre from the station to save them from AKB fan-talk withdrawals. The restaurant was a little hard to find because someone was smart enough to put the sign in a completely shadowed area halfway INSIDE the place.

Waiting outside the restaurant was acq128, shoruken, jeauexe and adun50, but waiting inside were 10 more awesome fans!! They are from the (real) SYD48 dancing group. We're the (realer) quiet fans fyi. acq128 started giving out everyone's copy of Gingham Check (theater version) as TakaAON had a friend who was kind enough to give everyone a copy (THANK YOU SO MUCH!). Everyone started pulling out their photocards for show and trade but the stupid waitress kept bugging us to take our orders. HELLO!?! idol trading is top priority here! The waitress got a little pissed at panda going HELLO?! can I take your order? LOL'd.

There wasn't really much trading that happened since there was barely any room to even put our photos on the table, especially when food started coming in. BUT!! We had a janken taikai! There were 6 pictures that came with the Gingham Check CD's for about 10 of us, so we decided to do janken to decide on who gets them. I had almost as much luck as Yukirin, ie 0. I lost to acq128 in the first match and panda in the 2nd match. FAIL.

Dinner finished at around 8, next stop KARAOKE!! Forgot to take photos as we got too high for it, though pomokun began his paparazzi rampage so many ask him for pics xD. Shoruken was updating the song list as we went. The girls went absolutely insane but half the time everyone was singing/screaming louder than the mics.

Announcement: hashirepanda graduation. acq128 & Team_B_Oshi transfer to JKT48. shoruken48 resignation due to scandal. pomokun demoted to kenkyuusei.

As per-usual I was forced to sing Team B Oshi, which I think was the song that everyone lost their voice from. After SKE's Oki Doki & Aishiteraburu and NMB's Oh My God! and SEISHUN NO LAP TIME, I think they need better quality mics and speaker systems. We headed to a cafe then McDonald's afterwards where we just leeched off free wifi for over an hour. We were right next to each other and still using twitter to talk to each other (we're so socially disabled).

We went our separate ways at around 12 making sure Shunkan Bunshun isn't snooping around taking ass-pics.
